nn33ap Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and nn33ap ("nn33ap", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://nn33ap.net (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered by nn33ap.

• Legal capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from nn33ap or from online gaming under any applicable regulatory program.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with nn33ap. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.

To access the full range of services offered by nn33ap, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information whenever changes occur.

Know Your Customer (KYC): nn33ap is required to conduct identity verification as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and the PAGCOR regulatory framework. You agree to provide all requested documentation in a timely manner. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the restriction of account features, including the processing of withdrawal requests.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

nn33ap supports nine (9) local Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and InstaPay/PesoNet. All transactions on the nn33ap platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank through InstaPay and PesoNet are subject to standard interbank processing times. nn33ap does not charge any platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. nn33ap processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard processing schedule. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. nn33ap reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency: All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). nn33ap does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

Anti-Money Laundering: nn33ap is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. All transactions are monitored. nn33ap is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and may freeze or close accounts under investigation without prior notice.

nn33ap offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall govern.

General bonus conditions applicable to all nn33ap promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings — please read each promotion's specific terms carefully;
• Bonus funds and free spins winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full;
• nn33ap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of arbitrage strategies, or any other conduct determined by nn33ap to constitute bonus abuse, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension;
• nn33ap's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All games available on the nn33ap Platform are supplied by internationally certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) software has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories including eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), or iTech Labs. nn33ap does not develop or operate in-house RNG-based games.

By participating in any game on the nn33ap Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG software and is not influenced or manipulated by nn33ap;
• The house edge applicable to each game is embedded in the game mathematics provided by the certified game supplier — published Return to Player (RTP) rates reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;
• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game, nn33ap reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players — winnings resulting from a clear software error will not be honored;

For sports betting markets, nn33ap reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or apply restrictions where it suspects match manipulation, data feed errors, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the market. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn33ap Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Underage use: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21;
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account, whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity;
• Fraudulent conduct: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments; providing false identity documents; or engaging in any form of payment fraud;
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including through chip dumping in poker or coordinated live betting strategies;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage — winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from nn33ap;
• Money laundering: Using the nn33ap Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) or any other applicable Philippine law;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward nn33ap staff or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.

All content on the nn33ap Platform — including but not limited to the nn33ap brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software interfaces, game user interfaces (where operated under license from third-party providers), and all other materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works based on any nn33ap Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform;
• Use nn33ap's brand, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent your relationship with nn33ap.

Game content provided by third-party certified providers is used by nn33ap under license and remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nn33ap, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the nn33ap Platform.

nn33ap's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nn33ap account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nn33ap does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error;
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected;
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

nn33ap shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.

nn33ap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nn33ap determines in its sole discretion that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of games, the security of other players, or nn33ap's obligations under applicable law;
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, any balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending fraud or AML investigation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) calendar days of first notification, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nn33ap from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

nn33ap reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nn33ap will provide notice to registered players through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted prominently on the Platform, an email notification to your registered email address, or an in-platform notification upon your next login.

Continued use of the nn33ap Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as outlined in Section 10.
